Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order is lost in transit

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Proof Required

To process a refund or replacement, we require:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Order number and purchase details

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Delays caused by customs or carriers beyond our control

Return Process

  • Do NOT send items back without contacting us first

  • In most cases, returns are not required

  • Refunds or replacements are processed in coordination with CJdropshipping
